CRM Integrations
As an additional service, you can add built-in CRM integrations (Customer Relationship Management) to your Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). This allows you to add users from your HRAs directly to a CRM system. We currently support two types of integrations: a real-time API integration and a batch process integration via SFTP.Why Use a CRM Integration?
A CRM integration allows your organization to:- Add contact info, demographic info, self-reported health info, and other segmentation criteria to your database. This info enriches the data you have about your consumers and patient populations.
- Incorporate users from HRAs into existing marketing campaigns running from your CRM system.
- Match records from your HRAs with billing data to calculate your actual ROI.
How Real-Time API CRM Integrations Work
Real-time API CRM integrations work by sending data to your CRM system as users complete an HRA. Data is sent over an encrypted (secure) connection to the CRM vendor. This data is used to create a new contact record, which typically includes the user’s contact information and primary result information. The exact information provided will vary depending on the CRM system your organization uses.How Batch Process CRM Integrations Work
Batch Process CRM integrations work by sending data to your CRM system at scheduled intervals through Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). This interval could be nightly, weekly, or monthly depending on your CRM vendor. The data is then processed by your CRM vendor and appended to your CRM database. At a minimum, a user’s contact information and primary result information will be provided. The exact information provided will vary, depending on the CRM system.Supported CRM Integrations
WebMD Ignite Growth Platform Upon submission, data from your HRAs will be sent to WebMD Ignite Growth Platform CRM for integration into your prospects or patient populations. This allows you to target those individuals in marketing campaigns directly from the WebMD Ignite Growth Platform CRM. Hg Mercury Automatically transmit contact information, demographic info, risk level, and campaign info from HRAs to your Hg Mercury account using a secure form submission. Evariant Automatically transmit contact information, demographic info, and risk level from HRAs to your Evariant CRM system using a secure form submission. Influence Health (via Persuade Platform*) Update anonymous leads with contact information and risk level from HRAs within the Influence Health Persuade platform. *Note: You must have both Influence Health Persuade and Predict CRM platforms to support real-time API integration. Salesforce Health Cloud Automatically create new leads in Salesforce Health Cloud when consumers complete the HRA. The Lead record is populated with contact info, demographic info and and risk results. You will need to add custom fields to your Lead object in Salesforce Health Cloud if you wish to receive HealthAware HRA-specific data elements. Virgin Pulse Automatically transmit contact information and risk level from HRAs directly to your Virgin Pulse CRM system. HubSpot Automatically submit contact information, demographic info, and risk level from your HRA in real-time as a form completion to your HubSpot CRM system. MuleSoft Automatically transmit contact information and risk levels from HRAs directly into CRM systems and other platforms using MuleSoft.Marketing Automation Integrations

All marketing automation integrations work by sending data across in real-time to:- Create a contact with contact information, basic demographic information, and primary result information in your marketing automation database.
- Add the new contact to a specific list based on their risk result information. This list can be associated with an automated nurture program that you specify.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automatically export email addresses and additional data from HRAs to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud system. Care Sherpa Automatically transfer information to Care Sherpa for patient engagement.
