Unlock Health is proud to announce that its “Together. Extraordinary.” campaign for Nebraska Medicine has been recognized at the 9th Annual Shorty Impact Awards. The “Together. Extraordinary.” campaign received the Gold Honor in the Employee Engagement category, which celebrates effective engagement strategies with employees to reach a pro-social-related goal.
The “Together. Extraordinary.” campaign for Nebraska Medicine represents a collaborative effort between several hospital departments, including Marketing, Talent Acquisition, IT, and DEI, as well as current Nebraska Medicine employees to create an authentic employer brand. The campaign approaches recruitment and retention by celebrating staff contributions and fostering a strong sense of purpose.
“It is such an incredible honor to see our ‘Together. Extraordinary.’ campaign recognized amidst all of the other award-winning campaigns and honorees,” said Laura Roberts, Chief Client Officer, Unlock Health. “This recognition underscores the commitment and promise that Nebraska Medicine makes to its employees and that its employees make to one another. It also demonstrates what’s possible when we take a more integrated and collaborative approach to brand initiatives.”
The Shorty Impact Awards honor brands and agencies making meaningful contributions to their communities. For Unlock Health and its clients, this recognition reinforces Unlock Health’s position as a leader in driving innovation for healthcare marketing.
“Being shortlisted for a Shorty Impact Award reflects not just creativity but a commitment to drive meaningful impact,” said Junmian Sun, Managing Director of the Shorty Awards.
